Cerulibun - Terms of Service
Payment Policy
Workflow: Payment → Rough Sketch → Lineart → Color draft → Final render- Commissioners must be 18+. Commissions are SFW but due to payment policies, I won’t accept money from minors.- Payment is required upfront. A 50/50 payment plan may be negotiated (please discuss this with me beforehand.)- All payments are processed via PayPal invoice or Ko-Fi (USD only).- Commissions are quote-based only through Ko-fi or discord. Please contact me before sending payment; no unsolicited payments.- Up to 3 revisions are allowed during the sketch stage. Additional revisions or late-stage changes may add extra fees.- Finished commissions are delivered as a PNG usually within 3000x3000. PSD files can be provided upon request.- No refunds are available once the commission is completed.
Time and Turnaround
- Estimated turnaround is 1–4 weeks, depending on complexity and size of an order.- Commissioners will be notified of any unexpected delays, emergencies, or changes in schedule.- If you have a specific deadline, please discuss it with me beforehand, as rush fees may be added.- Note: I am a part-time student and often work on multiple commissions at once, which may cause pauses or delays.
Commission Process
- Please message using discord @Cerulibun (Ko-Fi is currently still in progress so DMs with discord is appreciated!!)- Please be clear and specific with all details upfront, including how much artistic freedom you’d like me to have.- If you have a specific pose, expression, or concept in mind, please provide references whenever possible.- A clear character reference or photo is required. I will not design characters from scratch (design orders will be an option soon!)- Minor color adjustments may occur due to lighting, style, or rendering choices.- Pricing variables can change (detailed backgrounds, effects, etc) More Info on the next page!- Keep track of orders and progress with the link below to my Trello! This is where you will find what stage all commissions are in.

Usage and Rights
- Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.- I retain the right to share completed commissions on social media, unless a private commission is agreed upon beforehand.- AI alteration, watermark removal, tracing, or plagiarism of my work is strictly prohibited.- Commissioners may share their finished piece online; credit is greatly appreciated.- By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service.
PRICING
- All orders are flat colored by default.- All orders are granted a simple background free of charge (abstact shapes, minimal brush strokes, patterns).- Complex Backgrounds would include props, perspective work, special effects, environments/architecture etc.- If you are interested in special items not listed (thumbnails, chibis) Always feel free to ask me about it!- Thank you for your interest in my work :)
